About the cottage

Ingledene is a pretty mid-terraced cottage (the middle of three) built in 1820 and refurbished to a high standard. It sleeps 4 in a double and a twin room.

An extra camp bed and travel cot (both provided) can be added in the twin room, or set up on the spacious landing.

Stairs lead to the spacious first floor landing with washing machine and large heated drying rack. On this floor is a good-sized double bedroom and a smart tiled bathroom. The bath has electric shower with screen, and chrome guide rails for those with limited mobility.

A further flight of stairs leads to the loft space which has been converted into a twin bedroom with sloping ceilings, occupying the whole roof area.

A small well-kept front garden has space to sit out and enjoy the village in good weather.

The cottage has free wi-fi.

The downstairs multi-fuel stove, plus night storage heaters in every room, make the cottage warm and cosy for year-round holidays. Downstairs there is a Freeview TV.

There is a high chair.
